成都交子公園金融商務(wù)區(qū)“兩園一中心”首開項目建筑概念方案國際征集資格預(yù)審會于2023年1月11日在四川省成都市武侯區(qū)交子南一路與交子大道交叉口東南60米天府國際金融中心11號樓南塔44F李嘉圖會議室舉行。資格預(yù)審評審委員會由4位專家及1位征集人代表組成。
The Pre-qualification Result Announcement of International Solicitation for Architectural Conceptual Scheme of Chengdu Jiaozi Park Financial Business District“Two Parks and One Center”Initial Project was held on January 11,2023 in Ricardo Meeting Room,44F South Tower,Tianfu International Financial Center,60 meters southeast to the intersection between Jiaozi South 1st Road and Jiaozi Avenue,Wuhou District,Chengdu City,Sichuan Province.The pre-qualification jury was composed of four experts and one representative of the Host.
共有29家應(yīng)征申請人提交了資格預(yù)審申請文件，資格預(yù)審評審委員會成員審閱了29家應(yīng)征申請人的資格預(yù)審申請文件，通過記名投票，最終評選出前3家正式應(yīng)征人（無排序）進(jìn)入第二階段-方案評審階段，同時評選出1家備選應(yīng)征人。
29 applicants in total submitted the pre-qualification application documents.The members of the pre-qualification jury reviewed the pre-qualification application documents of 29 applicants.Via open ballot,the first three official applicants(no ranking)were selected to enter the Stage II-Scheme review stage,and one alternative applicant was selected at the same time.
