中信城開深圳東角頭項(xiàng)目（暫定名）規(guī)劃及建筑概念方案設(shè)計(jì)國際競(jìng)賽（招標(biāo)）方案評(píng)審結(jié)果公布
項(xiàng)目位于深圳市南山區(qū)蛇口街道，地處深圳陸域板塊南端，粵港澳大灣區(qū)深圳灣核心要沖地帶，是深圳灣海岸線上的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，也是深圳改革開放的重要發(fā)源地。本項(xiàng)目旨在配合片區(qū)現(xiàn)有的生態(tài)資源、深圳歌劇院的世界級(jí)文化資源、成熟的生活配套資源，重塑深圳灣區(qū)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)，將項(xiàng)目所在片區(qū)打造成為演藝文化產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集區(qū)，及國際化的濱海生活“城市客廳”，共同構(gòu)建出一個(gè)世界級(jí)的、具有高品質(zhì)多元化空間風(fēng)貌的大灣區(qū)文化引擎。
Dongjiaotou Project located in Shekou Sub-district,Nanshan District,Shenzhen,the Project is planned as an important urban node on the Shenzhen Bay coastline at the southern end of Shenzhen's land area.Dongjiaotou Project(“the Project”for short)lies at the hub of Shenzhen Bay in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),an important fountainhead of Shenzhen's reform and opening up.Guided by the development goals of Dongjiaotou Area and leveraging the existing ecological resources of the Area,the world-class cultural resources of Shenzhen Opera House,and well-established supporting facilities,the Project is expected to reshape the spatial structure of Shenzhen Bay Area,develop the project area into an agglomeration for performing arts industries and an"urban parlor"for international coastal life,and eventually create a world-class cultural engine with premium,diverse spatial features for the GBA.
評(píng)審委員會(huì)在聽取6家入圍設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的匯報(bào)后，對(duì)其提交的設(shè)計(jì)成果進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真地審閱和討論。經(jīng)過評(píng)審委員會(huì)的充分討論和投票，最終結(jié)果如下：
