上海工業(yè)博物館概念方案國際征集預(yù)審結(jié)果公布
2023年9月4日和9月9日，征集代理按照征集人的要求在中國招標(biāo)投標(biāo)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)和上海國際招標(biāo)有限公司網(wǎng)站上分別發(fā)布了本次方案征集的資格預(yù)審公告和資格預(yù)審補(bǔ)充公告。截至公告規(guī)定的《資格預(yù)審文件》獲取截止時(shí)間2023年9月14日16:00時(shí)，國內(nèi)外共計(jì)91家設(shè)計(jì)單位領(lǐng)取并下載了《資格預(yù)審文件》。截至公告規(guī)定的資格預(yù)審《申請文件》提交截止時(shí)間2023年9月15日10:00時(shí)，征集代理共計(jì)收到國內(nèi)外43家申請人（含聯(lián)合體，共計(jì)75家單位）提交的資格預(yù)審《申請文件》。
SITC released the Prequalification Announcement and Supplementary Prequalification Announcement of this Solicitation on China Tendering&Bidding Public Service Platform and SITC website according to the requirements of the Sponsor on September 4thand September 9th,2023.As of 16:00 September 14th,the deadline for acquiring Prequalification Document,a total of 91 design firms at home and abroad have downloaded the Prequalification Document.As of 10:00 September 15th,the deadline for submitting Application Document,SITC has received Application Documents submitted by 43 Applicants(including Consortia,a total of 75 firms)at home and abroad.
2023年9月19日13:00時(shí)，征集人和征集代理在上海國際招標(biāo)有限公司1201會(huì)議室組織召開了本次方案征集的資格預(yù)審評審會(huì)。根據(jù)《資格預(yù)審文件》規(guī)定的評審辦法，評審委員會(huì)在仔細(xì)審閱了所有申請人提交的《申請文件》后，進(jìn)行了深入的研究與討論。通過評委記名投票，經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)，得票數(shù)排名前15的申請人為正式應(yīng)征人，分別為（排名不分先后）：
