預(yù)審結(jié)果公告｜「河洛新義」河南鞏義洛河兩岸建筑設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽
鞏義是洛水匯入黃河之處，是華夏文明地理意義上的中心坐標(biāo)。我們誠(chéng)邀青年設(shè)計(jì)師帶著獨(dú)特的視角和創(chuàng)意來到這里，在河洛交匯之地留下屬于自己的作品，讓古老的河流煥發(fā)新的生機(jī)。
我們期待可以同青年設(shè)計(jì)師一道，共同讓河洛文脈可以在新時(shí)代的浪潮中綻放光彩，成為“華夏文明中心坐標(biāo)朝圣地”、鄭洛都市圈的“高品質(zhì)生活方式目的地”、新一代年輕人認(rèn)可的“河洛文脈感知地”！
Gongyi is the place where the Luo River meets the Yellow River,and it is the central coordinate of Chinese civilisation in the geographical sense.We invite young designers to come here with their unique perspectives and creativity to leave their own works in the place where the river meets the Yellow River,so that the ancient river can take on a new lease of life.
We look forward to working with young designers to make the River Luo Cultural Vein shine in the waves of the new era and become a"pilgrimage site of the central coordinates of Chinese civilisation",a"high-quality lifestyle destination"in the Zhengluo metropolitan area,and a place recognised by a new generation of young people as a"River Luo Cultural Vein Sensation"."Place of Perception of He Luo Cultural Vein"!

「河洛新義Hello!Heluo!」河南鞏義洛河兩岸建筑設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽自2025年2月28日于線上發(fā)布公告以來，受到了社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注以及設(shè)計(jì)師群體的積極響應(yīng)。至3月21日?qǐng)?bào)名截止，主辦方收到了278次報(bào)名咨詢，最終共收到63份有效報(bào)名文件，其中賽道一40份，賽道二23份。
本次競(jìng)賽預(yù)審會(huì)于2025年3月25日于鄭州成功舉辦，競(jìng)賽主辦方爭(zhēng)彩古國(guó)（河南）文化旅游發(fā)展有限公司代表曹陽(yáng)、張勇建、梁一中、劉帥出席。
本次競(jìng)賽預(yù)審評(píng)委組由五位建筑、景觀、規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域的專家組成（按照姓名首字母排序）：
Since its online announcement on February 28,2025,the「Hello!Heluo!The New Vision of Heluo」International Architecture Design Competition for the Riverside Areas of Luo River in Gongyi,Henan has garnered widespread attention from various sectors of society and received an enthusiastic response from the design community.By the registration deadline on March 21,the competition committee had received 278 inquiries about registration and ultimately received 63 valid submissions,including 40 for Section 1 and 23 for Section 2.The Pre-qualification Review Meeting of the「Hello!Heluo!The New Vision of Heluo」International Architecture Design Competition for the Riverside Areas of Luo River in Gongyi,Henan was successfully held in Zhengzhou on March 25,2025.Representatives of the competition organizer,Zhengcai Ancient Kingdom(Henan)Cultural Tourism Development Co.,Ltd.,Cao Yang,Zhang Yongjian,Liang Yizhong,and Liu Shuai,attended the meeting.The jury for the competition preliminaries consists of five experts in the fields of architecture,landscape and planning(in alphabetical order)
預(yù)審過程中，評(píng)委組依據(jù)評(píng)審規(guī)則，充分審閱報(bào)名單位的設(shè)計(jì)思路提案和報(bào)名文件，并進(jìn)行多輪投票及討論，最終為每個(gè)賽道遴選出3家入圍團(tuán)隊(duì)（無排序）及2家備選團(tuán)隊(duì)（有排序）。
During the pre-qualification process,the judging panel fully reviewed the design proposals and application documents of the applicants in accordance with the evaluation rules,and conducted several rounds of voting and discussion,and finally selected three finalist teams(unranked)and two alternative teams(ranked)for each track.
在本次競(jìng)賽優(yōu)秀提案云集。進(jìn)入各賽段預(yù)審第二輪評(píng)選但最終遺憾未能入圍的參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)，經(jīng)組委會(huì)討論，主辦方將頒發(fā)【優(yōu)秀提案獎(jiǎng)】，以示鼓勵(lì)。
The competition is full of excellent proposals.The organisers will award the Outstanding Proposal Award to those teams that entered the second round of the pre-qualification for each stage but unfortunately did not make it to the final round of the competition,after discussion by the organising committee,as a token of encouragement.

在評(píng)審會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，各位評(píng)委專家對(duì)本項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了深入探討，并對(duì)下一階段的工作給出了中肯建議（以下排名不分先后）：
At the hearing,the jury experts discussed the project in depth and gave pertinent suggestions for the next stage of work(listed below in no particular order):
“評(píng)審委員會(huì)在預(yù)審環(huán)節(jié)，嚴(yán)格把控選拔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，優(yōu)先考量團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)力強(qiáng)勁的作品。在評(píng)估過程中，著重考察作品的執(zhí)行能力，以及對(duì)項(xiàng)目全流程的處理能力。
第一賽段吸引了大量設(shè)計(jì)者參與，可以看見選出后的參賽者的整體水平高于第二賽段，這一情況在后期真正進(jìn)入設(shè)計(jì)階段時(shí)需予以特別關(guān)注。
在參賽的眾多的設(shè)計(jì)概念中可以看到：在現(xiàn)在的設(shè)計(jì)信息如此暢通的環(huán)境下，獲得一個(gè)靈感優(yōu)秀并生成高于平均水準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)方案已經(jīng)顯得非常容易了，然而真正的難點(diǎn)在于對(duì)主題的深入思考，以及對(duì)洛河如此深厚的文化的吸收和建筑化運(yùn)用。下一步各方面引導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)師將文化瑰寶巧妙融入最終作品的表達(dá)中就顯得格外重要。
當(dāng)前，我們必須關(guān)注題目的文化之深厚與青年設(shè)計(jì)師的出圈愿望強(qiáng)烈之間的一些錯(cuò)配，年輕一代在設(shè)計(jì)中廣泛使用現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)技巧，部分入選作品也存在網(wǎng)紅手法或與文化發(fā)掘力度不夠的問題，這樣會(huì)直接影響到業(yè)主會(huì)收獲一個(gè)對(duì)文化內(nèi)涵的闡釋不夠充分的作品。因此，建議后續(xù)需要進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化文化之優(yōu)先級(jí)，提升本場(chǎng)地文化底蘊(yùn)的價(jià)值?！?/span>
"The jury ensures rigorous selection in the pre-screening process and prioritizes entries with strong teams.When evaluating the entries,consideration is given to their ability to execute and handle the entire process.
Segment 1 entries attracted a large number of designers,and the overall level of participants was higher than that of Segment 2,requiring special consideration in the judging.
It is relatively easy to obtain and generate solutions,but the difficulty lies in in-depth thinking and assimilation of cultural connotations.Therefore,the integration of culture into the language and form of individual works is particularly important.
Therefore,attention must be paid to the phenomenon of cultural mismatch.The younger generation has adopted a wide range of modern persuasive techniques,and even some of the selected works suffer from a lack of connection to cultural traditions.The interpretation of cultural connotations is slightly insufficient,and cultural guidance needs to be further strengthened."
“我認(rèn)為主辦方團(tuán)隊(duì)在國(guó)內(nèi)是較為少有且專業(yè)的。從競(jìng)賽流程的組織，到每個(gè)區(qū)域策劃規(guī)劃的先導(dǎo)工作，再到評(píng)審環(huán)節(jié)的執(zhí)行，均體現(xiàn)了公正性。這種方式為中國(guó)年輕設(shè)計(jì)師提供了更多機(jī)會(huì)。參賽設(shè)計(jì)師大多年輕且有活力，擁有國(guó)際事務(wù)所工作背景和海外名校教育經(jīng)歷。
年輕設(shè)計(jì)師大多在施工方面表現(xiàn)出色，同時(shí)，建議設(shè)計(jì)師更充分考慮運(yùn)營(yíng)。這些對(duì)文旅項(xiàng)目至關(guān)重要，涉及運(yùn)營(yíng)與空間設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)合。
關(guān)于鞏義的自然氣候條件，也需考慮地域特性與建筑工藝結(jié)合。期望主辦方提供指導(dǎo)性建議，緩解氣候?qū)ㄖy度的影響。
最后關(guān)于項(xiàng)目的持續(xù)推進(jìn)，必須重視項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中的過渡與銜接，為文旅故事的敘述提供積極的意義。”
"I think the organizer team is relatively rare and professional in China.From the organization of the competition process,to the pilot work of planning and programming for each area,to the execution of the judging process,all of them reflect fairness.This approach provides more opportunities for young Chinese designers.Most of the participating designers are young and energetic,with backgrounds in international firms and education in prestigious overseas schools.
While most of the young designers excel in construction,it is recommended that designers consider operations more fully.These are crucial for cultural tourism projects and involve the combination of operations and spatial design.
Regarding the natural climatic conditions of Gongyi,it is also necessary to consider the combination of regional characteristics and architectural craftsmanship.The organizers are expected to provide guiding suggestions to mitigate the impact of climate on the difficulty of construction.
Finally,regarding the continuation of the project,it is important to pay attention to the transition and articulation of the project implementation process to provide a positive meaning to the narrative of the cultural tourism story."
“該設(shè)計(jì)課題頗具趣味性，背景條件極為豐富。因此，在評(píng)審過程中，我們不僅關(guān)注項(xiàng)目的造型設(shè)計(jì)，更需考慮其與環(huán)境及文化背景的關(guān)聯(lián)。
很多團(tuán)隊(duì)就建筑做建筑，把造型做的?常?揚(yáng)，把它放置四海皆可。但最終選出的?圍單位是基本上都是對(duì)環(huán)境響應(yīng)?常好并且體現(xiàn)了?化背景的。
在評(píng)估過程中，設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)項(xiàng)目的整體把握能力尤為重要。本次任務(wù)旨在完成一個(gè)小而美的項(xiàng)目，需要從宏觀角度進(jìn)行周密考慮。在評(píng)選過程中，除了考慮參賽作品的質(zhì)量，評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并不完全局限于展現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)能力，同樣重視設(shè)計(jì)師個(gè)人的創(chuàng)新思維。
我認(rèn)為此競(jìng)賽頗具特色，是一個(gè)非常適合年輕人展現(xiàn)才華的題目，能夠使真正具備才華且對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)抱有濃厚興趣的年輕人獲得展示自己的機(jī)會(huì)。”
"The design subject is quite interesting and the background conditions are extremely rich.Therefore,in the assessment process,we not only focus on the styling of the project,but also need to consider its connection with the environment and cultural background.
A lot of teams do architecture for architecture's sake,and make the shape very bold,and put it in any place they want.However,the final selection of the finalists was basically based on the fact that they responded well to the environment and embodied the cultural context.
In the evaluation process,the designer's ability to grasp the whole project is particularly important.This assignment was intended to be a small but beautiful project that required careful consideration from a macro perspective.In the selection process,apart from considering the quality of the entries,the assessment criteria are not entirely confined to the demonstration of design capability,and equal emphasis is placed on the innovative thinking of individual designers.
I think this competition is quite unique and is a very suitable topic for young people to show their talents,which enables young people who are really talented and have a strong interest in design to get the opportunity to show themselves."
“項(xiàng)目自策劃階段便顯現(xiàn)出其在創(chuàng)意實(shí)踐方面的難得的膽略。從策劃階段開始，便明確地以年輕一代的視角重新解讀歷史文化，并借助年輕一代的力量與思想進(jìn)行表達(dá)。
這是古都復(fù)興的機(jī)遇。成功的實(shí)現(xiàn)并不僅依賴于年輕設(shè)計(jì)師，亦涵蓋在座各位業(yè)主、運(yùn)營(yíng)方以及政府的指導(dǎo)。篩選的過程，我深感對(duì)年輕人價(jià)值觀塑造的重要性。并且整個(gè)過程的核心在于未來方案的構(gòu)建。此構(gòu)建需考慮當(dāng)代性、地域性、可建造性以及建筑與場(chǎng)地的和諧融合。
同時(shí)組織?可以負(fù)責(zé)把?化策劃的內(nèi)容實(shí)現(xiàn)貫通，并且要求在地域性和?化上?的思考和反饋有創(chuàng)新性的突破,并以此來作為評(píng)審的重點(diǎn)。
整體上，評(píng)委篩選掉了大體量和復(fù)制形態(tài)的方案，保留了相對(duì)靈動(dòng)且有靈魂的方案?！?/span>
"From the planning stage,the project has shown a rare boldness in creative practice.From the planning stage,it is clear to reinterpret the history and culture from the perspective of the young generation,and to express it with the power and ideas of the young generation.
This is an opportunity for the revitalization of the ancient capital.Successful realization does not only depend on the young designers,but also on the guidance of the owners,operators and the government.During the selection process,I felt the importance of shaping the values of young people.And at the heart of the process is the construction of a future program.This construction should take into account the contemporary,regional,buildable and harmonious integration of the building and the site.
At the same time,the organizer can be responsible for the coherence of the contents of the planning of the text,and require innovative breakthroughs in terms of regional and cultural thinking and feedback,and this is the focus of the judging process.
On the whole,the jury screened out large-scale and replicated proposals,and retained relatively dynamic and soulful proposals."
“首先，我想對(duì)策劃團(tuán)隊(duì)表示贊賞，他們不僅深入理解了項(xiàng)目，而且對(duì)文化的把握以及最終的成果展示都值得肯定。我們希望參賽者能夠領(lǐng)會(huì)策劃工作的深層意義，通過一系列針灸式建筑干預(yù)，吸引文旅界及年輕人群體，乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)的關(guān)注。
同時(shí)，對(duì)場(chǎng)地文化的深刻理解以及對(duì)地域氣候的適應(yīng)性也是至關(guān)重要的。然而，必須指出，在年輕人的實(shí)踐中，仍然存在一些模仿或慣用的手法，他們過分關(guān)注形狀、空間和形式。
但是，相較于技術(shù)手法，深入理解河流的特性、生態(tài)挑戰(zhàn)以及歷史文化的底蘊(yùn)，才是設(shè)計(jì)出真正觸動(dòng)人心建筑的關(guān)鍵。"
"First of all,I would like to express my appreciation to the planning team for not only understanding the project in depth,but also for their grasp of culture and the presentation of the final results.We hope that the participants will appreciate the deeper meaning of the planning work,and through a series of acupuncture-style architectural interventions,attract the attention of the cultural and tourism sector and the young people's community,as well as the society as a whole.At the same time,a deep understanding of the culture of the site and its adaptability to the regional climate are crucial.It is important to note,however,that there are still some imitative or habitual techniques in the practice of young people who are overly concerned with shape,space and form.
However,a deeper understanding of the river's character,its ecological challenges,and its historical and cultural underpinnings is the key to designing architecture that truly touches people's hearts,as opposed to technical techniques."

競(jìng)賽踏勘答疑會(huì)預(yù)計(jì)將于2025年4月于鞏義舉行。我們期待同各位青年設(shè)計(jì)師們一起在鞏義相聚，共同開啟「河洛新青年計(jì)劃」！
The first section of the「Hello!Heluo!The New Vision of Heluo」International Architecture Design Competition for the Riverside Areas of Luo River in Gongyi,Henanhas been successfully completed,and the second section is about to start!
