競(jìng)賽背景

articipants are tasked with designing a multifunctional waterfront building that serves as a vibrant hub for various uses,including residential,commercial,and cultural spaces.The competition site should be a 10-acre(maximum)brownfield located on the waterfront of a major city,presenting a blank canvas for architectural innovation.
