為藝術(shù)元素應(yīng)用到城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)中，增強(qiáng)城鄉(xiāng)審美韻味、文化品位的重要指示，按照市委、市政府提升文明素養(yǎng)，弘揚(yáng)文明風(fēng)尚，建設(shè)文明典范城市的工作要求，持續(xù)抓好社區(qū)發(fā)展治理項(xiàng)目建設(shè)，打響成都社區(qū)美空間品牌，吸引國(guó)內(nèi)外高水平專(zhuān)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)和應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生參與社區(qū)美空間設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)，營(yíng)造人人參與、人人共享的良好氛圍，助力建設(shè)踐行新發(fā)展理念的公園城市示范區(qū)，特舉辦本次創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“競(jìng)賽”）。
In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and implement the remarks of General Secretary Xi Jinping on applying more artistic elements to urban and rural planning and construction and enhancing the urban and rural aesthetic charm and cultural taste,this Event is hereby launched according to the work requirements of the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee and the Chengdu Municipal Government for enhancing the appreciation of fine culture,promoting civilized practices and building a model civilized city.It aims to strengthen community development and governance project construction,build the brand of Chengdu Public Aesthetic Space in Community,attract domestic and foreign high-level professional teams and fresh graduates to participate in the design and construction of the Public Aesthetic Space in Community,create a good atmosphere for everyone to participate and share,and contribute to the building of a park city demonstration zone which practices the new development philosophy.

本次競(jìng)賽旨在為成都20個(gè)群眾改造意愿強(qiáng)烈、計(jì)劃落地建成、尚未啟動(dòng)實(shí)施、有建設(shè)資金保障的社區(qū)空間進(jìn)行概念方案設(shè)計(jì)。各競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目清單如下（項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容詳見(jiàn)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)）：
The event aims at collecting conceptual design schemes for 20 community spaces in Chengdu,which are characterized by a strong desire for renovation by the people,planned construction,guaranteed funds yet not started implementation.The list of projects in different areas is as follows(see the design briefs for the project contents):
本次競(jìng)賽采取公開(kāi)征集的方式，分三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行：第一階段為報(bào)名資格預(yù)審階段，第二階段為概念設(shè)計(jì)初審階段，第三階段為方案設(shè)計(jì)終審階段。
The competition is conducted in three stages by means of public solicitation:the first stage is the Pre-qualification Stage;the second stage is the Scheme Design and Design Document Evaluation Stage;and the third stage is the Scheme Reporting and Final Evaluation Stage.
為確保設(shè)計(jì)成果質(zhì)量，同一設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)最多可選擇3個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行報(bào)名。
In order to ensure the quality of design deliverables,one design team may select up to 3 projects for registration.
第一階段-報(bào)名資格預(yù)審
First Stage-Pre-qualification
20個(gè)項(xiàng)目在公開(kāi)征集報(bào)名結(jié)束后，承辦單位將對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)提交的報(bào)名資料進(jìn)行評(píng)審，公示并通知入圍設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)。
After the public solicitation and registration of 20 projects,the Undertakers will evaluate the relevant materials submitted by the design institutes,publish such materials,and notify the shortlisted design institutes.
第二階段-概念設(shè)計(jì)初審
Second Stage-Scheme Design
and Design Document Evaluation
設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)需充分理解項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)，自行赴現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘（承辦單位配合），提供滿(mǎn)足需求的概念設(shè)計(jì)方案，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目各設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)僅可提交1個(gè)方案。由主辦單位、承辦單位組織方案初審委員會(huì)，方案初審委員會(huì)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)提交的概念設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)審，在每個(gè)項(xiàng)目的報(bào)名團(tuán)隊(duì)中選定3個(gè)優(yōu)質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)（無(wú)排序）進(jìn)入方案終審階段。
The design institute shall fully understand the project design brief,go to the site for survey(with the cooperation of the Undertaker),and provide a conceptual design scheme that meets the requirements.Each design institute can only submit one proposal for each project.
The Organizer and the Undertaker shall set up an initial evaluation committee,who shall review the conceptual design schemes submitted by the design institutes,and select three high-quality design institutes(without order)from the registration team of each project to enter the final review stage of the scheme.
第三階段-設(shè)計(jì)方案終審

Reporting and Final Evaluation Stage
進(jìn)入終審的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)須在概念設(shè)計(jì)方案基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行深化設(shè)計(jì)，形成最終的設(shè)計(jì)方案。由主辦單位、承辦單位組建方案終審委員會(huì)，邀請(qǐng)相關(guān)專(zhuān)家、部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人、項(xiàng)目業(yè)主組成終審委員會(huì)，對(duì)進(jìn)入終審的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)提交的有效設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行終審，確定各項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)方案的名次，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目評(píng)選出一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)各1個(gè)，方案匯報(bào)終審將通過(guò)直播形式全程向社會(huì)公開(kāi)。
The design institute that enters the Third Stage shall further refine the design on the basis of the conceptual design scheme to form the final design plan.The Organizer and the Undertaker shall set up a final evaluation committee consisting of relevant experts,department heads and project owners,who will review the design schemes submitted by the design institutes that have entered the final review and determine the ranking of the design schemes of each project.One first,second and third prize will be awarded for each project.The final review of the scheme reporting will be made public through live broadcast.
參加本次競(jìng)賽的設(shè)計(jì)方案須參考《成都社區(qū)美空間設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，符合國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并滿(mǎn)足以下要求：

Highlighting originality and comprehensive functions of the space.To integrate the spatial planning logic,the artistic expression,aesthetic presentation,construction feasibility,consumption experience,social interaction and community value in the construction of Public Aesthetic Space in Community,creating some unique community features in the design.

強(qiáng)化社區(qū)粘性。體現(xiàn)社區(qū)空間的公益性和開(kāi)放性，提供契合本轄區(qū)居民需求的服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品和活動(dòng)，打造兼具社區(qū)生活價(jià)值與美學(xué)價(jià)值的空間場(chǎng)景，促進(jìn)社區(qū)共建共治共享。
Enhancing community stickiness.To embody the commonweal and openness of community space,provide services,products and activities that are in tune with the requirements of the residents under the jurisdiction area,build space scenes with both community life value and aesthetic value,and promote the joint contribution,co-governance,and shared benefits of the community.

Taking operation management into account.To take full account of the operation maintenance after the completion of the project,plan to integrate with functional businesses that are full of creativeness to maintain vitality,guide the residents to perform self-maintenance,and realize the sustainable development of the Public Aesthetic Space in Community.

本次競(jìng)賽總激勵(lì)資金為360萬(wàn)元，將對(duì)20個(gè)競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)審，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目評(píng)選出一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)各1名并于2023年統(tǒng)一予以資金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
The total incentive fund for this competition is 3.6 million yuan.The design schemes of the 20 competition projects will be reviewed.One first,second and third prize will be selected for each project,and the fund will be released in 2023.
鑒于各項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)范圍、設(shè)計(jì)工作量差異較大，為確保參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)參與各項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的積極性和均衡性，將20個(gè)競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目按照項(xiàng)目規(guī)模（1000㎡以下、1000-5000㎡、5000㎡以上）分為三類(lèi)，并對(duì)應(yīng)三類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)各項(xiàng)目的獲獎(jiǎng)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，三類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分別為：
As the design scope and workload of each project could vary greatly,to ensure the enthusiasm and balance of participating teams in the design of each project,those 20 projects will be divided into three categories according to the project scale(less than 1,000㎡,1,000-5,000㎡,and more than 5,000㎡),and the winning design schemes of each project will be rewarded according to the three categories of standards.The three award standards are:
1000㎡以下的獲獎(jiǎng)設(shè)計(jì)方案，按照12萬(wàn)元/項(xiàng)目的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予資金激勵(lì)（其中一等獎(jiǎng)6萬(wàn)元、二等獎(jiǎng)4萬(wàn)元、三等獎(jiǎng)2萬(wàn)元）；
For projects with an area of less than 1,000㎡,a financial incentive of 120,000 yuan will be given for each project(including 60,000 yuan to the winning design scheme of the first prize,40,000 yuan to the second prize winner,and 20,000 yuan to the third prize winner);
1000-5000㎡的獲獎(jiǎng)設(shè)計(jì)方案，按照20萬(wàn)元/項(xiàng)目的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予資金激勵(lì)（其中一等獎(jiǎng)10萬(wàn)元、二等獎(jiǎng)6萬(wàn)元、三等獎(jiǎng)4萬(wàn)元）；
For projects with an area of 1000-5000㎡,a financial incentives of 200,000 yuan will be given for each project(including 100,000 yuan to the winning design scheme of the first prize,60,000 yuan to the second prize winner,and 40,000 yuan to the third prize winner);
5000㎡以上的獲獎(jiǎng)設(shè)計(jì)方案，按照36萬(wàn)元/項(xiàng)目的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予資金激勵(lì)（其中一等獎(jiǎng)18萬(wàn)元、二等獎(jiǎng)12萬(wàn)元、三等獎(jiǎng)6萬(wàn)元）。
For projects with an area of more than 5,000㎡,a financial incentives of 360,000 yuan will be given for each project(including 180,000 yuan to the winning design scheme of the first prize,120,000 yuan to the second prize winner,and 60,000 yuan to the third prize winner).
對(duì)各項(xiàng)目一等獎(jiǎng)設(shè)計(jì)方案授予“成都社區(qū)美空間創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)”，對(duì)其主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師授予“成都社區(qū)美空間創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)師”稱(chēng)號(hào)。
"Design Award for Public Aesthetic Space in Community"will be awarded for the first prize of each project,and the title of"Creative Designer for Public Aesthetic Space in Community"will be conferred to the Chief Designer.
本次競(jìng)賽的資金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)均以人民幣支付，設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)需要有獨(dú)立的公司賬戶(hù)，所獲資金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)等產(chǎn)生的任何稅金由設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)自理。設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)以設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)合體名義參加競(jìng)賽的，由競(jìng)賽的主辦單位負(fù)責(zé)與設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)合體的牽頭設(shè)計(jì)單位簽訂資金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)支付合同并按規(guī)定程序支付相關(guān)經(jīng)費(fèi)。國(guó)外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)若無(wú)法使用本機(jī)構(gòu)賬戶(hù)收取人民幣的，可授權(quán)國(guó)內(nèi)合法獨(dú)立法人代收款項(xiàng)。
The financial rewards of this competition are paid in RMB.The design institute shall use an independent company account.Any taxes arising from the financial rewards obtained are borne by the design institute itself.If the design institute participates in the competition in the name of a design joint group,the Organizer of the competition shall sign a fund award payment contract with the leading design institute of the design joint group and pay the relevant funds according to the specified procedures.If foreign design institutes cannot use their own accounts to collect RMB,they can authorize legitimate independent legal persons in China to collect money on their behalf.

Requirements of registration
1.境內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)均可報(bào)名參加，報(bào)名階段不設(shè)資質(zhì)限制。中國(guó)境內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)必須具有在有效期經(jīng)營(yíng)內(nèi)的合法性證明文件，且必須為獨(dú)立企業(yè)法人或其他組織或取得合法授權(quán)的分支單位。境外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)必須為所在地合法注冊(cè)的設(shè)計(jì)單位。法定代表人為同一個(gè)人的兩個(gè)及兩個(gè)以上法人，母公司、全資子公司及其控股公司，不得分開(kāi)報(bào)名參加。
1.Domestic and international design agencies are appreciated to apply for participation.No qualification restriction is set in the registration.A Chinese design agency must have supporting documents of its legitimacy within the validity period,and must be an independent legal person or a branch under legal authorization.A foreign design agency must be a legally registered design unit in the place where it is located.If the legal representatives are two or more legal persons of one person,one parent company,one wholly-owned subsidiary or its holding company,they shall not register separately.
2.鼓勵(lì)優(yōu)秀個(gè)人設(shè)計(jì)師、應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生報(bào)名，報(bào)名須以團(tuán)隊(duì)形式。
2.Outstanding individual designers,graduates are encouraged to register,and they shall register as a team.
3.允許設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)以聯(lián)合體形式報(bào)名。聯(lián)合體成員不得超過(guò)兩家，聯(lián)合體各方不得再單獨(dú)以自己名義，或者與另外的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)組成聯(lián)合體參加本次競(jìng)賽。
3.Joint registration is allowed.A joint group shall not consist of more than two members.Each party of the group is not allowed to participate alone,or form another group with another design agency to participate in the competition.

(1)Designers participating in the creative design competition shall be on-payroll persons of a design agency/team,and the chief designer must directly participate in the whole course of the event.A foreign design agency shall at least have one person proficient in Chinese in order to ensure that the team members have an accurate understanding of the background and relevant requirements in China.

(2)The chief designer responsible for the main design work of the project shall participate in the evaluation,and report of design proposals,among others.During the competition,if the chief designer is inconsistent with the team personnel submitted in the prequalification materials,the Organizer may cancel their qualification.

本次競(jìng)賽采取網(wǎng)上報(bào)名形式，設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)請(qǐng)于公告之日起至2022年12月6日17:00前（以北京時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）將報(bào)名文件發(fā)送至電子郵箱（ruizx_cxg 163.com），未在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)提交報(bào)名材料的，報(bào)名無(wú)效。
The creative design competition adopts online registration.Designer institutes shall send registration documents to the e-mail(ruizx_cxg 163.com)from the date of the announcement to 17:00 on December 6th,2022(subject to Beijing time).If the registration materials are not submitted within the specified time,the registration is invalid.

參與報(bào)名的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)請(qǐng)按照以下順序編制報(bào)名文件，并列目錄及對(duì)應(yīng)頁(yè)碼。所提供的各類(lèi)證明材料如為復(fù)印件，應(yīng)在復(fù)印件上加蓋公章確認(rèn)其真實(shí)性（若有）。
A design agency participating in the registration shall prepare the registration documents in the following order,and indicate the table of contents and the corresponding pages.If the supporting materials provided are copies,the official seal shall be affixed on the copies to confirm their authenticity(if any).
報(bào)名文件以電子版PDF格式提交，要求A4紙張，內(nèi)容建議不超過(guò)80頁(yè)，并制作封面和目錄。格式參照附件報(bào)名文件格式。
Registration documents shall be submitted as A4 PDFs.The content should better not exceed 80 pages.A cover and table of contents shall be prepared.Please refer to the registration document format in the annex.

Registration Prequalification
1.承辦單位組建由5人及以上的報(bào)名資格預(yù)審委員會(huì)，對(duì)報(bào)名設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的業(yè)績(jī)、擬投入項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)人員構(gòu)成等資料進(jìn)行評(píng)審，任意一個(gè)項(xiàng)目出現(xiàn)報(bào)名設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)累計(jì)不足3家時(shí)，承辦單位可根據(jù)報(bào)名情況與其他報(bào)名團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)調(diào)，綜合調(diào)配。
1.The Undertaker shall establish a registration prequalification committee composed of five or more persons to evaluate the performance of the design agencies,the composition of designers to be assigned for the project,and other materials.When a project has less than three design agencies,the Undertaker may communicate and coordinate with other registration teams and make comprehensive deployment according to the registration situation.
2.若入圍的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)因不可抗力中途退出或最終放棄參與，須提前三天向主辦方書(shū)面說(shuō)明。

Requirements for preliminary review of design deliverables:
1.結(jié)合項(xiàng)目愿景，應(yīng)清晰表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)意圖及構(gòu)思亮點(diǎn)；
1.The project vision should clearly express the design intent and highlights in ideas;
2.設(shè)計(jì)所體現(xiàn)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足可行性和創(chuàng)新性要求；
2.The coping strategies embodied in the design should meet the requirements of feasibility and innovation;
3.設(shè)計(jì)功能復(fù)合，考慮服務(wù)的實(shí)際需求；
3.Functional composition is adopted in the design to consider the actual demand of services;
4.綜合以上所有設(shè)計(jì)層面，成果應(yīng)充分反映可持續(xù)理念；
4.All the above design levels should be integrated,and the deliverables should fully reflect the concept of sustainability;
5.應(yīng)充分考慮項(xiàng)目建設(shè)費(fèi)用限制條件。

初審文件提交成果要求：
Requirements for deliverables submission for preliminary review:
1.提出設(shè)計(jì)理念和初步的方案設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明；
1.Propose design concept and preliminary scheme design description;
2.表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思過(guò)程的分析圖及效果圖；
2.Submit analysis drawing and effect drawing expressing design conception process;
3.相關(guān)技術(shù)圖紙等；
3.Relevant technical drawings,etc;
4.不超過(guò)15頁(yè)的（不含封面封底）A3橫版圖文排版設(shè)計(jì)文本；
4.No more than 15 pages(excluding the front and back cover)of A3 design text with drawings in horizontal format,single-side printed in color;
5.A1展板一張，內(nèi)容應(yīng)包含所有應(yīng)提交的技術(shù)成果（與A3文本內(nèi)容一致）；
5.One A1 display board,which shall include all the technical deliverables to be submitted(consistent with the A3 text document);
6.提供項(xiàng)目估算成果并保證基本滿(mǎn)足建設(shè)費(fèi)用條件；
6.Provide project estimation deliverables and ensure that the construction cost conditions are basically met;
7.設(shè)計(jì)成果應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足國(guó)家、四川省及成都市相關(guān)規(guī)定、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范；
7.The design deliverables shall meet the regulations,standards and design specifications of relevant national,Sichuan and Chengdu authorities;
8.設(shè)計(jì)概念文本需包含相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)文本PDF，一正一副，正本封面需有設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)名稱(chēng)，副本文件不能透露任何與設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)相關(guān)信息。
8.The design concept text shall include PDFs of relevant proposal text,one original and one copy.The cover of the original shall indicate the name of the design agency,and the copy shall not disclose any information related to the design agency.

滿(mǎn)足初審設(shè)計(jì)成果要求前提下，終審設(shè)計(jì)成果內(nèi)容包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容：
On the premise of compliance with the requirements for design deliverables of preliminary review,the final review design deliverables shall include(but not limited to)the following:
1.創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)總體方案、設(shè)計(jì)理念及方案設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明；
1.Description on general scheme,design concept and scheme design of creative design;
2．相關(guān)技術(shù)圖紙，包括但不限于：總平面圖、平面圖、主要立面圖，剖面圖；戶(hù)外環(huán)境空間景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)平面圖；豎向設(shè)計(jì)圖；種植設(shè)計(jì)圖；夜景照明設(shè)計(jì)圖等；
2.Relevant technical drawings,including but not limited to:general layout,plan,main elevation and section;plans of outdoor environment space landscape nodes;vertical design drawing;planting design drawings;night lighting design drawings；
3．表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思的分析圖，包括但不限于：場(chǎng)地分析、社區(qū)人群活動(dòng)分析、功能布局分析、交通動(dòng)線分析、文化特色分析、景觀視線分析、建筑消防分析、日照分析等；
3.Analysis drawings expressing design ideas,including but not limited to:site analysis,community crowd activity analysis,function layout analysis,traffic moving line analysis,cultural characteristics analysis,landscape vision analysis,building fire protection analysis,sunlight analysis;
4．鳥(niǎo)瞰圖及重要節(jié)點(diǎn)效果圖；
4.Aerial view and renderings of key nodes;
5．局部細(xì)節(jié)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)圖，包括但不限于：景觀構(gòu)筑物、雕塑小品、戶(hù)外家具、創(chuàng)意燈具、特色鋪裝等；
5.Detailed design drawings of part details,including but not limited to:landscape structures,sculptures,outdoor furniture,creative lighting,characteristic paving;
6．相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)；
6.Relevant economic and technical indicators;
7．其它必要的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙等。
7.Other necessary design drawings.
終審設(shè)計(jì)成果要求：（室內(nèi)）
Requirements for final design results:(indoor)
1．創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)總體方案、設(shè)計(jì)理念及方案設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明；
1.Overall design proposal,design concept and description of the design proposal;
2．相關(guān)技術(shù)圖紙，包括但不限于：平面圖（含地面鋪裝、設(shè)施、陳設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)等）；頂面圖（含頂面裝修、照明設(shè)計(jì)等）；立面圖（需表示空間界面裝修、設(shè)施和相應(yīng)的陳設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)等）；
2.Relevant technical drawings,including but not limited to:plan(including ground pavement,facilities,furnishings design);Top surface drawing(including top surface decoration,lighting design);Elevations(they should display space interface decoration,facilities and corresponding furnishings design);
3.表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思的分析圖，包括但不限于：社區(qū)人群活動(dòng)分析、功能布局分析、交通動(dòng)線分析、文化特色分析、建筑消防分析等；
3.Analysis drawings expressing design ideas,including but not limited to:analysis of crowds’activities in community,functional layout analysis,traffic flow analysis,cultural characteristics analysis,architecture fire control analysis;
4．整體效果圖、重要節(jié)點(diǎn)效果圖；
4.Overall renderings and renderings of key nodes;
5．相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)；

6．其他必要的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙等；

終審文件提交成果要求：
Requirements for deliverables submission for final review:
1．以上內(nèi)容需提交電子文本，并于匯報(bào)終審時(shí)遞交紙質(zhì)文本；
1.Above contents shall be submitted in electronic text,and the paper version should be submitted when reporting to the final review;
2．文本內(nèi)容能夠詳細(xì)表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)意圖、構(gòu)思，圖紙內(nèi)容齊全、表達(dá)清晰；
2.The text can completely and clearly express the design intention,conception and drawing content in detail;
3．基于設(shè)計(jì)方案的匯報(bào)PPT（匯報(bào)時(shí)長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)15分鐘）；
3.PPT of report based on design scheme(report duration shall not exceed 15 minutes);
4.在滿(mǎn)足以上提交基礎(chǔ)上可選擇提交用于輔助方案表達(dá)的影像資料、電子或?qū)嵨锬Ｐ汀⒄{(diào)研報(bào)告等成果，方式和類(lèi)型自定。其中影像資料文件大小不超過(guò)500M。
4.On the premise of meeting the above requirements,participants may also submit,together their design proposals,the image data,electronic or physical models,research reports and other deliverables to assist the expression of the scheme,with the method and type at your own discretion.The size of an image data file shall not exceed 500M.
在規(guī)定截止時(shí)間前送達(dá)，并滿(mǎn)足技術(shù)任務(wù)書(shū)要求的文件為有效設(shè)計(jì)成果，有下列情形之一者，視為無(wú)效設(shè)計(jì)成果：
The documents delivered before the specified deadline and meeting the requirements of the project design briefs are valid design deliverables.The design deliverables aligning with any one of the following are deemed invalid:
1.設(shè)計(jì)成果逾期送達(dá)的；設(shè)計(jì)成果分次提交的；
1.The design deliverables are delivered overdue;The design deliverables are submitted in batches;
2.設(shè)計(jì)成果提交后，更改設(shè)計(jì)成果內(nèi)容的；
2.The content of the design deliverables is changed after submission;
3.經(jīng)專(zhuān)家評(píng)審委員會(huì)半數(shù)以上（含半數(shù)）評(píng)委認(rèn)定設(shè)計(jì)成果非原創(chuàng)、已經(jīng)發(fā)表過(guò)、與其它設(shè)計(jì)方案雷同的或設(shè)計(jì)成果深度未達(dá)到技術(shù)任務(wù)書(shū)要求的。
3.More than half(including half)of the expert evaluation committee determines that the design deliverables are not original,have been published,or are similar to other design proposals,or the deliverables do not meet the requirements of the project design briefs.
1.所有參加本次競(jìng)賽的設(shè)計(jì)成果署名權(quán)歸設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)所有，凡提交的所有設(shè)計(jì)成果不退回設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，主辦單位、承辦單位、協(xié)辦單位有權(quán)無(wú)償使用所有設(shè)計(jì)成果，包括在評(píng)審結(jié)束后公布評(píng)審成果，并通過(guò)傳媒、專(zhuān)業(yè)雜志、專(zhuān)業(yè)書(shū)刊或其它形式介紹、展示及評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)成果。
1.The right of authorship of all design deliverables of the Design Award is owned by the design agency.All design deliverables submitted will not be returned.The Organizer,Undertaker and Joint-Organizer have the right to use all such design deliverables free of charge,including publishing the review deliverables after the review,and introducing,displaying and evaluating the design deliverables through media,professional magazines,professional books and magazines or other forms.
2.設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)保證設(shè)計(jì)成果中所有內(nèi)容均為設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)原創(chuàng)，不得包含任何侵犯第三方知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的資料。如發(fā)生侵權(quán)行為，由侵權(quán)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)自行承擔(dān)一切法律后果，并取消其參與本次競(jìng)賽的資格。
2.Design institutes shall ensure that all contents of the design deliverables are originally developed by themselves and contain no data which may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a third party.In case of infringement,the infringing design agency shall bear all legal consequences and be disqualified from participating in this Design Award.
3.主辦單位提供的所有資料（文字、圖紙、電子數(shù)據(jù)等）均受版權(quán)保護(hù)。未經(jīng)授權(quán)，任何單位和個(gè)人不得將內(nèi)容復(fù)制、改編、分發(fā)、發(fā)布、外借、轉(zhuǎn)讓?zhuān)駝t將依法追究其相應(yīng)法律責(zé)任，并取消其參與本次競(jìng)賽的資格。
3.All materials(text,drawings,electronic data,etc.)provided by the Organizers are protected by copyright.Without authorization,no unit or individual shall copy,adapt,distribute,publish,lend or transfer contents of the deliverables,otherwise they will be investigated for corresponding legal liabilities according to laws and disqualified from participating in this Design Award.
4.本次競(jìng)賽規(guī)則受中華人民共和國(guó)法律管轄，競(jìng)賽工作和所有文件適用中國(guó)法律，若發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，經(jīng)協(xié)商不成時(shí)，雙方同意提交成都仲裁委員會(huì)進(jìn)行仲裁。
4.The rules of this Design Award are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.The work and all documents of this Design Award shall be governed by Chinese laws.In case of any dispute that can not be settled through negotiation,both parties agree to submit it to Chengdu Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
5.本次競(jìng)賽結(jié)束前，設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或其設(shè)計(jì)人員未征得主辦單位、承辦單位、協(xié)辦單位的許可，不得以任何方式披露、公開(kāi)或展示設(shè)計(jì)成果，否則將依法追究其相應(yīng)法律責(zé)任，并取消其參與本次競(jìng)賽的資格。
5.Before the end of this Design Award,none of the design firms or their designers is allowed to disclose,made public or display the design deliverables in any manner without the permission of the Organizer,Undertaker,Joint-Organizer;otherwise the corresponding party will be investigated for legal liability and disqualified from this Design Award.
1.主辦單位保留更改日程安排的權(quán)力。如有改動(dòng)，將及時(shí)通知相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)。
1.The organizers reserve the right to change the schedule.In case of any change,timely notice will be given to the relevant design agencies.
2.所有參加本次競(jìng)賽的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師和主要設(shè)計(jì)人員須全程參與設(shè)計(jì)工作；與境外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)合作的，應(yīng)確保有境外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的人員參與、簽名和加蓋單位印章。
2.The chief designer and main design personnel participating in this Design Award must be engaged throughout the whole design process.In case of cooperation with overseas design agencies,personnel from such overseas design agencies shall be engaged,with signature and official seals attached wherever appropriate.
3.參加本次競(jìng)賽的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)均視為認(rèn)可本次競(jìng)賽規(guī)則以及各階段相應(yīng)的文件內(nèi)容要求。
3.The design institutes participating in this Design Award is deemed to recognize the rules of this Design Award and the contents and requirements of corresponding documents in each stage.
4.主辦單位、承辦單位對(duì)本次競(jìng)賽規(guī)則擁有最終解釋權(quán)，解釋語(yǔ)言以中文為準(zhǔn)。
4.The Organizer and the Undertaker reserve the final interpretation right to the rules of the Design Award,and the interpretation language shall be Chinese.
