This award collaborates with international contemporary art galleries,foundations,corporations,art residency programs,fairs,and major academic institutions.Beyond cash prizes,the award-winning works will have the opportunity to participate in a large joint exhibition of 120 shortlisted artists,held at the Venice Arsenale Nord from March 2 to April 1,2024.Additionally,they will be showcased in international art galleries,featured on the Arte Laguna World portal website,and published in the art award catalog.Winners will also have the chance to collaborate with various companies and partake in art residency programs.

The award is open to artists and designers worldwide,regardless of age,gender,nationality,and other factors.There's no limit to the form and style of the artwork,and each artist can participate in multiple competitions by submitting a portfolio.Previously exhibited works are required to meet the following criteria to compete:

Any form and style are acceptable(oil,tempera,acrylic,ink,gouache,watercolor,graphite,pencil,collage,print,etc.).There's no limit to the board(canvas,cardboard,wood,plastic,iron,etc.).Size restriction:neither length nor width should exceed 175 cm.

Sculpture and Installation雕塑及裝置藝術(shù):
Artworks can be made with organic or inorganic materials,and they can include sound,lighting,video,mechanical or electrical movement devices.Size restriction:neither length nor width should exceed 4 meters,height should not exceed 8 meters,and there's no weight limit.For artworks requiring a dark room setup,they should accommodate the existing exhibition space.
作品可用有機(jī)或無(wú)機(jī)材料制作，包括音響、燈光、視頻、機(jī)械或電氣運(yùn)動(dòng)裝置。尺寸限制：長(zhǎng)寬均不超過(guò)4米，高不超過(guò)8米，重量不限。需在暗室安裝的作品，須配合既有的展示空間。
Photography攝影:
Film or digital photos(color or black and white)are acceptable,and post-processing is allowed.Size restriction:neither length nor width should exceed 175 cm.

Video and Short Films視頻及短片:
Works can include digitally or film-recorded videos,movies,slow motion or time-lapse photography,as well as video shorts or promotional shorts,and all animation techniques.Duration should not exceed 15 minutes.Videos must be uploaded online,and the file size should not exceed 500MB.The shortlisted works will be looped on a display screen.

Performing Art表演與行為藝術(shù)：
Can be performed by one or multiple performers,with no limit on techniques,forms of expression,and props brought along.Shortlisted artists will perform live on the opening night,and the performance duration should not exceed 10 minutes.The finalists are responsible for the materials and props required for the performance.

Works created using computers or digital program devices:digital media technologies that permeate videos,installations,and performances,as well as internet art,software,interactive devices,electronic games,augmented reality projections,rapid prototyping,etc.Installation pieces must comply with the existing exhibition space.
The category includes multi-dimensional art,bio-art,data art,digital animation,digital art,digital communities,digital painting and static image art,digital performances,digital poetry,game art,generative and algorithmic art,GIF motion art,glitch art,hacker art,infographic art,interactive art,math and physics art,mobile art and app art,net art,electronic art,robotic art,XR art,blockchain and NFT art,Metaverse art,GAN-generated art,Open AI art,and Chypto art.Installations must adapt to the available exhibit space.

Exhibition of Shortlisted Artists入圍藝術(shù)家的展覽
Artists shortlisted by an international judging panel will hold a large joint exhibition at the Venice Arsenale Nord from March 2 to April 1,2024.All submitted works remain the property of the individual artists.After the exhibition ends in Venice,the artworks on display can be exhibited by the MoCA(National Association of Contemporary Art of Italy)at contemporary art centers,palaces,and public places.This association will be responsible for promoting and exclusive sales during the agreed period.
